Thank you for visiting my page! For five years, Union Bank has support the Michael J. Fox Foundation's (MJFF) Tour de Fox Cycling Series for Parkinson's Research. In the
pre-COVID years, you would find me and Scout at the Union Bank Morning Fueling Station making dozens and dozens of PBJs and fresh fruit cups for the riders while Scout served as our welcoming committee.
This year's event, like so much of 2020, will be very different. Instead of gathering at Kendall-Jackson Winery in Fulton, we are participating virtually! The upside is riders can join the ride from anywhere in the world, even from their living rooms as they ride their stationary bikes!
An estimated six million people worldwide are living with Parkinson’s disease (PD) — a chronic neurodegenerative disorder. There is no known cure for Parkinson’s disease. As the world’s largest nonprofit funder of PD research, MJFF is working to change this.
MJFF is dedicated to finding a cure for Parkinson's disease through an aggressively funded research agenda and to ensuring the development of improved therapies for those living with Parkinson's today.
Your gift will make a real difference: Tour de Fox Wine Country ride proceeds will go directly to The Michael J. Fox Foundation’s high-impact research programs.
Please help me and Union Bank continue our support to find a cure for Parkinson's disease forward by making a donation today. And, if so inclined, join our team, too!
