Thank you for visiting my page! This is our first year participating in the Michael J. Fox Foundation's (MJFF) Tour de Fox Cycling Series for Parkinson's Research. I am so excited to do the virtual ride via my Peloton! Aiming for a 25 mile ride! And glad I can get some exercise while supporting his great cause to help my hubby and other families affected by Parkinson’s. Would love it if anyone wants to join our team and cycle with us on 8/29!
Richard was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in November 2018. We feel fortunate that foundations like MJFF continue to work to find treatments that help daily life for patients as well as their commitment to finding a cure.
An estimated six million people worldwide are living with Parkinson’s disease (PD) — a chronic neurodegenerative disorder. There is no known cure for Parkinson’s disease. As the world’s largest nonprofit funder of PD research, MJFF is working to change this.
MJFF is dedicated to finding a cure for Parkinson's disease through an aggressively funded research agenda and to ensuring the development of improved therapies for those living with Parkinson's today.
Your gift will make a real difference: 100 percent of Tour de Fox Pacific Northwest ride proceeds will go directly to The Michael J. Fox Foundation’s high-impact research programs.
Help me move a cure for Parkinson's disease forward by making a donation today. Any amount makes a difference.
Thank you for your support! - Karen
