Welcome to MJFF's Tour de Fox Cycling Series

Thank you for participating in The Michael J. Fox Foundation's Virtual Tour de Fox Ride From Anywhere! Though we may be apart, we are all here together to put Parkinson's in the past. We've created this Race Day HQ page to get you ready for the event. On this page, you will find important information about race weekend and some motivational surprises.

Since this is a virtual event, we are relying on you to share photos of your race experience. Take sweaty selfies and pictures in your Virtual Tour de Fox jersey, hat or show off your race bib! Throughout the weekend we will be posting to our social media channels and encourage you all to do the same. Tag us on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter and use the hashtag #TourdeFox and #GoTeamFox! Your photos will populate on our event homepage.

Colleen Unda is a NASM certified personal trainer and the founder of FaceTime Fitness. Since Covid-19 has altered the way we navigate life, as well as our goals, FaceTime Fitness has given many an opportunity to feel some normalcy in their lifestyle routine. After an introductory meeting through FaceTime or Zoom to discuss your fitness goals, Colleen designs a 4 week at-home exercise program that is personalized to your needs, goals and equipment available to you! With a meeting minimum of twice weekly, you'll love having a consistent workout routine without having to worry about getting to the gym or remembering your workout. Colleen has it all saved in your personalized training profile!
